3. Rooms are not to be used as storage.
4. No alterations to inside (including paint) OR outside (including satellite dishes).
5. No pets.
6. Renter's insurance required.
7. No parking of boats/campers/motor homes/trailers in yard or driveway.
8. No fires in fireplaces.
9. Direct payment option available.
10. Yearly lease required OR weekly for CAM Landing.
Multi Units
1. Park only in designated spaces.
2. No more than 2 (two) cars allowed.
3. We reserve the right to change the payment of utilities (water/sewer) if the charges for these utilities become excessive, as determined by the landlord.
